If the configuration of the compression campaign appears to be correct and there is no end date set for the campaign, then this could be an issue with how the guest received the points to enter the range of the compression campaign. Gifted points will not trigger a compression campaign.
The Campaign Notification shown above is a test notification of the compression campaign that is active. The name of the campaign indicates that accounts falling between 2400-2800 points should have this compression campaign triggered. The timestamp of the 2nd gift shows that this campaign did not trigger after landing in the range.
After the points were reset on the account to 2000, a test receipt was generated and input on the loyalty account to earn enough points to enter the 2400-2800 range. As shown in the screenshot above, the compression campaign targeted the guest this time because of the checkin.
