When guests are receiving an error message on the app similarly to, "Oops Timeout of 15000ms exceeded.", this means that there was an timeout error between the database and from the app.
Specifically, following the example error message, there was a timeout error between the app and database of 15000 milliseconds.
When receiving this error, please have the guest re-attempt the scan or uninstall, re-download the app, and sign back in.
