To allow a Role (and any Admin users under that role) to invite new Admin users or edit existing ones, the following permissions need to be ENABLED under Settings > Admin Users > Roles > [Name of Role here]:
- Business Manager
- Roles and Permissions Management
- Settings Read Only
- (Optional) If you want the Role to also be able to view AND edit other components of Settings section (such as Redeemables, Qualification Criteria, etc), enable Settings Advanced
