In Punchh, coupons are delivered via messaging (typically email) to the guest and are pre-generated or dynamically generated at the time of delivery. Unlike rewards, they don't go directly to the app. For this reason, if you need to update an image for a coupon in your online ordering flow, you'll need to reach out to your online ordering provider, or make the change at their portal for the offer set up there.
