In some instances, you'll see multiple receipts from different transactions from the same brand with the same order number. This would not impact loyalty, earning, or redeeming rewards, as the barcode is still unique.
The order number is determined at the POS level and not something that Punchh has any control over. For issues or concerns regarding the order number, the brand should reach out to their POS provider.
The order number can be found on a receipt just above the start of the item string, as seen below.
You can see in the below example, the two receipts have duplicate order numbers, but different barcodes.
