Retention days for push notifications and rich messages can be defined as per campaign by scrolling to the 2nd page of the campaign as attached below:
However, if the value is not defined in the campaign, the platform falls back on the default value set for the business. Below is an example of how the setting for the business looks like the below-attached screenshot which can only be accessed by Punchh admins or can be configured by CSM's:
Please note by default many businesses keep this setting default to 90 days but brands can change it as per their use.
