If menu item images are not displaying in the mobile app, a few questions need to be determined before moving ahead.
- Is the Online Ordering native in the app?
- This can generally be determined by identifying if Punchh developed the app, and additionally looking at the app flow.
- If the app flow shows the status bar at the top, it's likely native.
- If the online ordering is native in the app, support will need to escalate the ticket to the backline team for additional investigation.
