When looking at guest's timelines, you may come across blank Approved Loyalty entries that earned zero points, as shown here:
When this happens, this is a result of a guest attempting to earn on a receipt or barcode before the transaction information has been received by Punchh. If Punchh can tell that this is a valid barcode, even though we have not received the transaction information yet, you may see this occur. Once Punchh receives the check details, this does not get updated and will be left as a zero point checkin.
