If a business is experiencing errors when performing guest lookups via QR scanner and that business uses Qu POS/ displays their guest identities as a QR code in the app, make sure and check the two configurations below:
1. Is the QR scanner (hardware) set to factory default settings? If not, reset it back to factory defaults
2. Make sure that CAPS LOCK is turned off on the virtual keyboard (onscreen) for the terminal
