In order for guest checkins or cards (in case of 'Visit-based' and 'Points Unlock Redeemables' program types) to expire, a Rolling Expiry Schedule must exist. If the schedule has not been created, the checkins or cards will not expire, even if the base redeemable has a set Expiry in Days.
*Note that the business liability report will show 0 Expired Visits if this is not set up.
