If you're running a post checkin campaign and see that your guests are being awarded points with a delay from the time that the receipt was scanned, check to see if Pending Points is set up for the brand under cockpit > earning > checkin update
- Check the value listed in "Receipt Update Delay Minutes" to determine how long it will take for post checkin rewards to be awarded after checkin.
