If you receive the error pictured below while working on email templates, knowing what is wrong can be confusing. This article will help with what to look at when this happens.
- First, check to see whether the same thing happens for anyone else. Ask someone in your organization to try doing the same thing to see if they receive the error as well.
- If others do not receive the same error, this may be caused by an issue with your device. Verify that you have a strong internet connection or try using a different web browser to see if the issue still occurs for you.
- Next, check to see if the issue is specific to the email template that you are working on. This can be done by navigating to Settings > Email Templates in Punchh, hovering the campaign you are editing, then hitting the Duplicate symbol as highlighted here:
- If you are still seeing issues on the duplicated email template, the next place to look is at the specific media you are trying to change. Try making the same change but choosing a different image from the media manager, then hitting save to save to see if the issue still occurs.
- If the issue does not occur with other images, there could be an issue with the specific image you are using. Try comparing the image you uploaded to others that do not experiencing the same issue to see if it has a different file type or a considerably larger file size.
