If you have setup a new FTP Endpoint in the Punchh Platform and the exported file is being delivered to an incorrect file path this can typically be fixed by placing at least one test file in the desired folder.
For example if the desired file path is /Import/Punchh_Endpoint, but is being delivered to the root folder placing a test file in the "Punchh_Endpoint" folder should solve the issue.
If this does not solve the issue please reach out to Punchh Support for help
