When troubleshooting "Discount qualification" errors, it is important to check that Punchh is receiving all details set by the qualification criteria in the redemption request. This can be done by using the Redemption Log to check the transaction against the qualification criteria.

In the qualification criteria for the MONMIL50 campaign, the following receipt qualifier is present:
When looking at the receipt in the Redemption Log, you can tell by the top right corner that this redemption was attempted on Thursday March 11, 2021 and thus should qualify. However, this is showing the date that Punchh received the redemption attempt rather than the receipt day that should satisfy the receipt qualifier. If you refer back to the Redemption Log entry for this transaction, the date of the transaction is not included in the redemption request (highlighted below in red) which means that the redemption request did not have enough information to pass the Receipt Qualifier:
