If you have a newly opened store that is working for online sales these sales are not reflected on the Punchh dashboard, it may be that the new store needs the Loyalty Scheme SETTING enabled in Olo.
Please contact Olo to ask if the Loyalty Scheme is on for the store and ask for it to be enabled if it is not already.
