If you've set up a comp in Aloha and Punchh is discounting every item on the receipt, then you'll need to provide the internal Aloha setup of that comp to Punchh support so that Punchh's Aloha POS development team can configure the Punchh database to read the comp correctly. This will ensure that the comp discounts Aloha transactions correctly on both the Aloha and Punchh sides.
