Start a new check, and add some menu items:
Go to the Payment screen and click the loyalty button (i.e. “Punchh” button):
We want to redeem a redemption code, so tap 1:
Enter the code, then press ENTER:
Punchh server successfully validated the redemption code, tap OK:
Check total has been decreased by $2.00 + tax:
Back on the Menu tab, we can see the loyalty discount check promo with $2.00 value:
View User Program status and available rewards after redemption
After a user redemption is applied, the user will be applied to the check.
From Payment tab click the Punchh button again
Some basic info about the loyalty user is shown
first name, last name, email, # of points). This is the loyalty user that the redemption code is associated
Tap 1 to show the loyalty user’s list of rewards:
Tap a “5$ at 10 points” reward to apply it to the check. Punchh server successfully validated it, and we now have two loyalty discounts on the check, totaling to $7.00.
Voiding applied user discount
Tap the loyalty button again, then tap “3” to void loyalty discounts.
We can see the loyalty discounts currently applied to the check. Tap the “5$ at 10 points” reward to remove it from the check.
The loyalty discount was decreased and is now back at $2.00:
It’s now close the check:
On the guest’s timeline in the Punchh dashboard, we can see the receipt details. It includes the $2.00 redemption code, and the guest earned points:
