If a Mass Offer Campaign was set up targeting the referred guests using 'Total Referral' Segment, these guests will not receive the configured reward.
The Total Referral Segment works the same way as Referral Campaigns do, so if all the guests used the same devices to signup then the referee won't receive the referral reward.
