RFM Analytics, this segment starting point is configured to find guests who match specific criteria based on R F M (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) metrics.
You can choose from a score of 1, 2, or 3 for the attributes. These scores are based on what you have defined in your dashboard settings.
- R (Recency)
- F (Frequency)
- M (Monetary)
If you set values for multiple fields (R, M or R, F for example), your segment will only include guests who meet both requirements.
