If a Brink terminal displays an error of "PUNCHH[and a long string] cannot be applied to order" followed by "Code [same long string] not found", this indicates that Brink is searching for a redemption/coupon code instead of a guest. This normally occurs when searching for a guest's Punchh Account but has been seen to occur when scanning a QR code for a redeemable as well. Please contact Brink to resolve.
Note: The string you are seeing is the unique identifier for a guest when they select the option to Earn on the app and a QR code is displayed.
