If you need to reset the Multi-Factor Authentication for another Punchh admin user you can do so with the below steps.

Login into the Punchh Platform

Go to Settings > Admin Users

You will automatically land on the 'Admins' tab. Search for the admin that you want to reset the MFA for and click on that admin's name

You will be taken to the 'Edit Admin User' page. At the bottom, you will have the option to reset the mulitfactor authentication by using the “Reset MFA” button at the bottom of the page

Who can Reset MFA in a Business?
- With the new deployment, business admin who has permission “Business Manager” along with at least “Settings Read Only” permission can now reset MFA of other business admins.
What happens when you reset MFA?
- Upon MFA reset the admin’s current session will end. Upon login they will be redirected to the MFA setup screen. From here, the admin will be able to access the Punchh Platform after completing the MFA setup.
