If guests are scanning receipts and the checkins are showing an incorrect location in their account history
or if after searching the barcode in Punchh in Support > Barcode Search you see the message "No details but checksum valid for [incorrect location]"
Please check the PunchhConfigurator.exe in the C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\Punchh in Squirrel and ensure the API key for the location matches the correct API key for the location in Punchh. See Where is the API Key located? Once the API key is updated, restart the Punchh services.
Note: Guests may not see an error on the app or on their Timeline when scanning the receipt.
