Automatically deducting points from a guest timeline if the refund is initiated by Olo is not currently a function that is supported from any of our integrations.
However, this is possible with the delayed check-in window and pending points settings, if the check was refunded the guest would not get the pending points but this also would require Olo to send us updated check details when they refund a check within the a specific window.
Or you can use Force Redemptions to force redeem a specified amount of redeemable points from a guest's profile. This can be done manually via the Punchh PlatformForce Redemption
