Attribute | Definition |
Age | Filters for guests based on their Age. You can specify a single value or a range. |
Birth Date | Filters for guests who have their birthdays within the specified duration. |
Anniversary | Filters for guests based on whether they have provided their anniversaries or not. |
Confirmation Status | Filters for guests on the basis of their email confirmation status. You can choose to filter out guests who have confirmed their emails or otherwise. |
Domain | Filters for guests based on their email address domains. For e.g. if you want guests with email addresses such as "xyz@gmail.com" specify the Email Domain as "gmail.com". |
Facebook UID | Filters for guests who have signed up/connected their profile with their Facebook account. |
Favorite Location | Filters for guests based on whether they have provided their Favorite Location or not. |
Gender Type | Filters for guests based on their Gender. |
Guest Activity | Filters for guests based on whether activities like checkin, redemption, or movement from eClub to Loyalty exist or not. |
Guest Migration Status | Filters for guests based on whether they have migrated or not migrated. |
Wedding Anniversary | Filters for guests based on the date of their wedding anniversaries. |
Birth Anniversary | Filters for guests based on the date of their birth anniversaries. |
Program Anniversary | Filters for guests based on the date of their program joining anniversaries. |
Birthday | Filters for guests based on whether they have provided their birthdays or not. |
Last User-Agent | Filters for guests based on the last channel they used to sign in with. The channel helps to identify the device type (ios/Android/Web) of guests. |
Phone | Filters for guests based on whether they have provided their phone number or not. |
Profile Update | Filters for guests who have updated their profile. |
User Agent | Filters for guests based on the channel they used to sign up with. The channel helps to identify the device type (ios/Android/Web) of guests. |
Zip Code | Filters for guests based on their address Zipcode. You can specify single or multiple Zipcodes where the user can be. Zipcode should be comma(,) separated if the relational operator is 'in' or 'not in' like 302000,302001 and ellipsis(..) Separated if the relational operator is 'between' or 'not between' like 302000..302029. |
Average Spend | Filters for guests based on the average spend of their loyalty checkins. You can specify a single value or a range. |
First Checkin At Business | Filters for guests based on whether they have made their first checkin or not. |
Mobile Loyalty Visits | Filters for guests based on the number of their loyalty checkins done by the app. You can specify a single number or range. |
Receipt Amount | Filters for guests on the basis of their receipt amount. You can specify a single value or a range. |
All Visit | Filters for guests on the basis of the total number of their checkins. This includes loyalty checkins, gifted checkins, and checkins rewarded through campaigns. You can specify a single value or a range. |
Total Visit | Filters for guests on the basis of the number of loyalty checkins. You can specify a single value or a range. Total Loyalty Visits can only be greater than or equal to 1. |
Total Spend | Filters for guests based on their spending based on Loyalty Checkins. You can specify a single value or a range. |
Visited On Anniversary | Filters for guests based on their loyalty checkins. You can select Birthday, Anniversary (Wedding), or Program Anniversary (when the guest signed up). |
Each Day Of Week | Filters for guests who have a checkin on distinct days of the week within a duration. For e.g. If any two days are selected within a month, all those guests will be filtered out who have a checkin on a Monday-Tuesday, a Tuesday-Wednesday, Monday-Thursday, and so on, within the specified month. |
Location Trail | Filters for guests who have checked in at each of the locations. You have to specify a Location Group to filter guests who have checked in at each location of the location group. In case it is not specified, segment results will be independent of attribute value i.e. The results will be the same whether the attribute value is True or False. |
Event Channel | Filters for guests based on their checkin channel. |
Checkin Status | Filters for guests having transactional type checkins. |
Total Redeemable Cards | Filters for guests who have the specified complete but unredeemed cards. |
Total Visits On Current Card | Filters for guests who have the specified number of available visits/points in an incomplete card. |
Visits Remaining To Complete Card | Filters for guests who have the specified number of visits remaining before the card gets completed and becomes redeemable. |
Conversion Channel | Filters for guests who have converted into Loyalty through the channel eclub or wifi, which will depend on the modules enabled in your program. |
Guests Engagement Analytic | Filters for guests based on their opens and clicks engagement. |
Open | Filters for guests based on the total number of times they have opened your communications. |
Click | Filters for guests based on the total number of times they have clicked on various links in your communications. |
Unique Open | Filters for the number of unique guests that have opened your communications. |
Unique Click | Filters for the number of unique guests that have clicked the links in your communications. |
Status | Filters for guests based on the status of rewards present in their accounts. |
Count | Filters for guests based on the number of rewards present in their accounts. |
Food Quality | Filters guest based on their feedback sentiment for attribute Food Quality. |
Customer Service | Filters guest based on their feedback sentiment for attribute Customer service. |
Ambience | Filters guest based on their feedback sentiment for attribute Ambience. |
App Program | Filters guest based on their feedback sentiment for attribute App program. |
Waiting Time | Filters guest based on their feedback sentiment for attribute Waiting time. |
Total Feedback | Filters guest based on total written feedbacks given by guests. |
Average Visit | Filters for guests based on their average number of visits within a specified time frame (Average Factor). For e.g. If you want to filter guests who visit 2 times a month on an average, specify Visit Value as 2 and Average Factor as 30. |
Guests Participated In Campaign | Filters for guests who have been a part of a campaign, within the specified duration, as a result of getting a notification or a reward. |
Receipt Tag | Filters for guests on the basis of Receipt Tags applied on their receipts. The '% of receipts' calculates the percentage of receipts for a guest that have the specified tag(s) and returns guests whose percentage matches the criterion. For example, if you specify 30-50%, guests with between 30% and 50% of receipts tagged are included. The 'sum quantities' accumulates all purchases of matching items on receipts for a guest and returns guests whose total count matches the criterion. |
Online Order Checkin | Filters for guests based on the number of their Online Order Checkins within the specified period of time. |
Rfm | Filters for guests based on their RFM score. The RFM slabs can be configured in the Guests section. |
All Feedbacks | Segment guests on feedback attributes, number of feedbacks, and publish status. |
Only Visit With Discount | Filters for guests who have one or more Menu Items discounted on their receipts. For e.g. If you specify operator as "=" and value as 5, those guests will be filtered who have 5 receipts with discounted items on them. |
Guests Redeemed Campaign Offer | Filters for guests who have redeemed the signup offer received through a particular signup campaign. This includes only the redemptions honored at POS. |
Top Spenders | Looks for checkin data of selected location(s) and filters for guests with the highest spend at those location(s). You can specify the maximum number of guests to be filtered from each location. If no locations are selected, then the segment pulls out guests from all the locations. |
First Visitors | Looks for checkin data of each location and filters for guests with the earliest checkins. You can specify the maximum number of guests to be filtered from each location. |
All Visits | Filters for guests on the basis of the total number of their checkins. This includes loyalty checkins, gifted checkins, and checkins rewarded through campaigns. You can specify a single value or a range. |
Stalled | Filters for guests who haven't done a checkin within the specified duration. |
Menu Items | Filters for guests on the basis of different Menu Items purchased by them. |
Menu Item Bought N Times | Filters for guests based on the number of times they have purchased the specified menu item(s). You can specify the maximum number of guests to be filtered from each location. |
Total Redemptions | Filters for guests based on the total number of redemptions honored at POS and coupon/promo redemptions, if present and chosen. You can specify either a number or a range. |
Total Referrals | Filters for guests based on the number and type of referrals. |
Referred Guests | Filters for all the guests who have been referred by another guest. You can also specify the type of referral. |
Total Points On Current Card | Filters for guests based on the number of available visits/points on an incomplete card. |
Zip Codes | Filters for guests based on their address Zipcode. You can specify a single Zipcode or a pool of Zipcodes from where the user can be. |
Floaters | Filters for all the guests who haven't done a checkin or a redemption since they signed up. |
Current Reward Balance | Filters for guests based on their available Reward Balance. You can specify either a single value or a range. |
Bulk Upload | Filters for guests who were uploaded to the eclub. Single list or multiple lists can be selected to filter guests. |
Custom Users | Custom Segments can be created by adding guests manually. You can even import CSV files to add a large number of guests at once. |
Complex Segment | Filters for guests who are a part of the created complex segment. Complex Segments can be created by combining two or more segments based on different conditions. |
Total Visits | Filters for guests on the basis of number of loyalty checkins. You can specify a single value or a range. |
Top Visitors | Looks for checkin data of each location and filters for guests with the highest number of loyalty checkins. You can specify the maximum number of guests to be filtered from each location. |
Profile Fields | Filters for guests who have answered a particular Profile Field question. |
Connected With Bot | Filters for guests who are using chatbot to use your Loyalty Program. |

Redemption | Create segments based on your guests' redeeming rewards received via campaigns or in general. |
Redemption Type | Segment will not include guests who redeemed promos or pre-generated coupons at POS. Furthermore, if Effective Location field is used, guests performing coupon/promo redemptions in the mobile app will also get excluded. |
Others | Create segments based on guests' referrals, feedbacks, purchased menu items or RFM ratings. |
Gift Card Payment | Filters for guests based on the transaction performed using Gift Cards. |

Program Join Date |
If your brand had a previous loyalty program, prior to Punchh, this attribute will filter guests based on the join date of the previous loyalty program, if these dates are provided during migration/implementation. |
Onboarding Date |
This is the date that a guest joined your loyalty program. If your program utilizes eClub guests as well, this attribute will filter for guests based on the date that they converted to loyalty. |

Lifetime | Covers the duration starting from the beginning of the program till date in the selected timezone. |
Years | Looks back the exact number of years specified in the Duration, counting from today, in the selected timezone. System counts current day by default, so if today is June 12th and you want to look at exactly 1 year from today i.e. June 12th of the previous year, specify 1 in Duration. |
Ytd | Covers the duration starting from the beginning of the current year till date, so as to look at present year only in the selected timezone. |
Months | Looks back the number of months as specified in the Duration counting from today, in the selected timezone. System counts current day by default, so if today is June 12th and you want to look at exactly 3 months from today i.e. Mar 12th, specify 3 in Duration. |
Mtd | Covers the duration starting from the beginning of the current month till date in the current month in the selected timezone. |
Nextmonth | Looks for the entire duration of the coming month in the selected timezone. |
Days | Looks back at the number of days as specified in the Duration, counting from today, in the selected timezone. The system counts current day by default, so if today is June 12th and you want to look at 3 days from today i.e. June 10th, specify 2 in Duration. |
Nextndays | Covers the duration N days in the future. The current day is included by default, so if today is June 12th and you want to look for the guests in the next 5 days i.e. Till June 17th, specify 5 in Duration. |
Aroundndays | Covers the duration N days in the past and the future. The current day is included by default, so if today is June 12th and you want to look around 5 days i.e. Till June 17th in the future and June 7th in the past, specify 5 in Duration. |
Today | Looks at the current date, so if today is June 12th and you want to look for only today, select this Duration unit. |
Day Of Week | Looks at a particular day of the week. So if you want to look for Wednesdays only, select Wednesday in Duration. |
Between | Covers the duration between a particular Start and End Time, so if you want to look between June 12th 9 |
