When the Reward is force redeemed from the guest's account then it is counted as an expired reward.
It can be verified by pulling the Redemption Data export (Reports >> Data Export >> Redemption Data) and checking the Redemption Code status and Redemption Type of the reward.
As shown in the above screenshot, if the reward is force redeemed:
- Redemption Code Status will be 'Expired'.
- Redemption Type will be 'Redemption'.
