There can be many cases the gift card is not transferred:
- The guest has received the email but has not yet done sign up
- Check whether the transaction was successful or not
- Guest to whom the gift card was transferred does not exist on the Punchh Platform at the time of Gift card transfer. For example if the gift card was transferred to firstname.lastname@example.org and when the Gift card was transferred, at that time the email address "email@example.com" was not available on the platform but later the email address "firstname.lastname@example.org" through which the guest was signed up originally updated to "email@example.com" due to which the Gift card was not added to the user under the email address "firstname.lastname@example.org" account. Below is the screenshot which will help to identify what changes were made to the email address by scrolling down to "Platform > Guests > Guests > Select the guest name > Edit > Audit Logs":
