This is expected behavior.
When guests opt to "hide email" during sign up via Apple SSO, it will not trigger the sign up campaign.
Choosing to hide the email causes a masqued email shown below to be sent to Punchh:
Any communication from the brand is typically forwarded to the email being used with the Apple ID. You can find this by going to devices settings > account at the top > password & security > apps using apple ID > locate the app >
This is the same flow seen when hiding email during Facebook SSO.
