Olo have an open PRD to address this issue. It seems to occur when Google Maps associates two addresses as the same based on the distance between them despite there being a slight difference.
For example: When we enter the address 2902 16th Ave S. Moorhead, MN 56560 is within a hop and skip from 2902 16th St S. Moorhead, MN 56560 and pulls up when you type in the desired address:

This causes the guest to enter the address and Olo team is aware that this happens on occasion and has plans to address it.
