Email throttling is controlling the number of email messages that can be sent to one ISP or remote server at one time.
For email throttling to be applicable, the email throttling flag must be checked. To confirm if this setting is enabled, please reach out to your account CSM or create a ticket with support.
The configuration below means that guests will only receive 2 emails from the brand in a 7 day time period. If a guest has received 2 emails in a 7 day period, any additional emails will NOT be delivered to the guest in the 7 day time period.
