Most Punchh apps have two different location pages for brands that have Online Ordering available. One page is the Favorite locations page and the other page is the Online Ordering Locations page.
If any changes to location settings in the Punchh Portal are showing up under the Favorite location page or tab of the app as seen below. Please reach out to Punchh Support.
If any changes to location settings are not reflected in the Online Ordering pages or tab of the App as seen below. Please reach out to your online order provider they will need to update these settings.
