The Facebook email change functionality is dependent on the FB webhook, If "Facebook Webhook" is enabled for the business, guests can Update/Modify the email address for the Facebook account.

Here is some useful information to be kept in mind while changing an email and avoid the creation of a new account:
- Update/Modify the email address for the Facebook account.
Instead of creating a new FB account for email change for Punchh profile, please be advised to add a secondary email to the existing FB profile and make it primary
- The primary Email in Facebook will be the same email address as the primary email of the guest in our Platform
- Once the Facebook account's email is updated, guests have to try logging in (Connect via Facebook) with the app again. This will sync and update the email address in the app and the guest's email will be updated successfully.
