When a campaign has completed processing the offers will be delivered to the guests first as these are being sent directly through Punchh.
The emails have an additional layer of processing as these need to go through the email servers first before being delivered to the guests.
Note: This does not apply to Promo code offers as these are sent out via email and are not attached to guest's accounts.
