If you have a campaign that has an attached email template, perhaps from duplicating it, and the campaign sent out the attached email template even though it was removed, you will have to confirm that you actually removed the email template.
In step 2 of the campaign, you have the option to toggle the email editor on or off. Please note that this does not remove the email template. To fully remove the template, you will need to select the option Remove Template From Campaign until you see the box below:
You can confirm that the email has been removed by proceeding to step 3 of the campaign and back to step 2. If the email is still attached, then you will need to physically remove it as shown above.
