If a user still faces an issue with the app not loading on their device even after following all the troubleshooting steps and clearing cache, there can be chances that the guest has set up an ad-blocker on their internet connection which might be blocking the Punchh app from loading correctly.
While this may not be the only cause of the app not loading properly, please confirm with the guest to try using any other network (not their usual wifi) and see if the app is loading for them.
Also, to ensure the app works with the ad-blocker, domains need to be whitelisted.
