If the eClub guest was uploaded in the platform 3 months prior to the signed-up date and you are pulling the guest data export of the same day then the guest won't be available in the report.
To check the guest in the data export then the Guest Data export needs to be pulled for the day when the guest was uploaded as an eClub user.
Example: If the eClub guest was uploaded on Feb 11, 2019, and he signed with the loyalty program on March 23, 2020, then to get this guest's details, Guest data export must be fetched for Feb 11, 2019, instead of March 23, 2020.
