The 'Add unsubscribe link to the email' button acts as a type of switch.
- If the box is checked, triggered emails will be sent via the Marketing SendGrid account.
- If the box is not checked, triggered emails will be sent via the Transactional SendGrid account.
Generallly, the Marketing account is configured to allow guests to unsubscribe and the Transactional account is not. So when you route the email to one account versus the other, you are indirectly adding the unsubscribe link.
Note: If you are including custom verbiage within the email template attached to the campaign with a hyperlinked [unsubscribe], checking the box will not add an additional line. If the tag is defined within SendGrid for Subscription Tracking, SendGrid will use the tag instead.
