No. General Punchh support is not able to unlock an admin user's account for too many failed password attempts. If an account is locked, the user must wait 24 hours before attempting to log in again.
That being said, when attempting to login, the platform provides messaging around the possibility of being locked out on the second failed attempt.
The messaging reads "You will be locked out on your next failed login attempt".
It is best practice to always click on forgot password on your second failed attempt pre-emptively to avoid being locked out entirely.
