Newly created location groups take about an hour to update in the Punchh platform before they are ready for use/ scheduling in a new campaign. This is because campaigns built targeting location groups target guests that have checked in at those locations and the check-ins must be parsed in the background shortly after the group is created.
It is best practice to allow at least an hour to pass after creating a new location group, before using that new group in a campaign.
