If the guests do not have smartphones, they can redeem their rewards via Web or iFrame (if available).
Steps need to be followed to redeem the rewards
- Go to the Brand website
- The guests need to login to their accounts.
- Navigate to the Rewards section
- Redeem the desired reward.
- Redemption code will be displayed, show that code at the store. Also, the redemption code will be sent to the guest's email address which they can show at the store to avail the offers.
Please Note: The redemption code generated via web/iFrame is valid for 24 hours.
