If the store number for a location is changed in Aloha, we have would have to update the new store number at 2 different places:
- Punchh Dashboard.
- POS database that configurator uses while installing Punchh.
Updating this in the database can take up to 7 days. If this store number is not updated in our database.
- You will not be able to run the Punchhconf.exe at the site.
- Our system looks for a matching store ID for configuration downloads and updates.
- As the store numbers do not match this can cause issues running other Punchh Services.
Please, provide the information detailing the ID changes to Punchh Support in a new ticket, so we can submit the changes to our POS Dev team and they can update the new IDs In our POS database.
