Yes. As long as the campaign is set up for messaging and a push notification is configured within the campaign, you can send any loyalty guest with the app and an email address a "test notification" that will allow them to preview the push notification before actually scheduling the campaign. This is dependent upon having a working app with all APN certifications up to date with Apple (in the case of iOS).
To do so:
- Navigate to step 2 of the messaging campaign
- Scroll to the bottom after confirming a PN is configured
- Enter the guest's email address
- Click on Send Test Notification
