During the proper Punchh app flow, the PAY and AMOUNT button will only display in app if a legitimate credit card number is used.
If not, the button will not appear.
For example, if you enter 1234 1234 1234 1234 as the CC number, no button will appear because the app cannot verify that number as a legitimate CC number. Once a legitimate CC number is input, the "Pay" button will appear as long as the balance of the order is a positive integer.
