If a guest who signed up in the mobile app using Apple ID SSO is not receiving the signup campaign. This is most likely due to the Apple scope not being added to the available scopes for mobile signups.
To fix this:
- Navigate to Campaigns > Ongoing > Signup select the correct Signup campaign.
- Click the Edit > Next to proceed to step 2 the Whom step.
- Click in the scope box and add Apple from the dropdown list
- Click Next and then on step 3 the When step click Activate to save the new setting
