If the client is leveraging Brink POS and was currently leveraging LevelUp there are a few changes that will need to be made on the POS, in addition to the Brink POS Punnchh Integration Steps.
After completing the steps from the Punchh integration Setup you will want to also update the Processor (Admin Portal > Configuration > Settings Editor > Options > Payment > Processor) from ‘LevelUp' to ‘None’. See the image below for reference.
Why: Not making this change may impact your ability to close a check out that is not associated with a LevelUp payment. You may receive an error message stating that payment type not tied to LevelUp.
