The error message "Terminal Store Identifier is NOT in sync with Service Store Identifier." This will show up when any of the Punchh applications running on the FOH terminals at a site are sending data from the FOH with a different API Key than what is configured in the BOH Services.
This error will be present itself in the c:\program files (x86)\Punchh\AlohaPunchhSVC_YYYYMMDD.log
To resolve this issue there are two options:
Note: Both of these options are essentially reinstalling Punchh on the FOH with a new configuration so installation will be necessary first before proceeding (For instructions how to properlyu unistall Punchh click Here)
- Run the Punchhconf.exe make sure the API key in the Punchhconf.exe GUI is correct and push the new configuration to the FOH. (Instructions on this can be found Here)
- You can re-register the .dll at the site. (Instructions on this can be found Here)
