In the Punchh app, the guest will be prompted to give restaurant based feedback subsequent to scanning a receipt for earning, as seen below. This type of feedback shows up directly on the Feedback page in Punchh.
If a guest wishes to leave Feedback unrelated to a transaction or specific visit, they will need to user the "more" hambuger menu and click on "Need Help".
They will then be prompted to choose technical or restaurant feedback. This feed back will be delivered via the device's default email client.
