If Sendgrid activity reporting shows that a guest or admin user is receiving marketing emails but they are not receiving them, then the issue is on the receiving side. In order to rectify, local IT will need to be consulted in case there were any recent changes made to network policies or Internet Service Providers / Domains, etc.
