When using a Guest Profile Based segment for a signup campaign, it is recommended to use an execution delay:
When a guest initially signs up, it can take some time for the guest information to be stored in Punchh and for them to be captured by the Guest Profile Based segment. By setting an execution delay on the campaign, you reduce the risk of some guests not being sent the offer.
