No. Punchh is typically not concerned with if the guest was manually looked up by the cashier (by phone, email or name) or if a QR code was scanned in the app with regards to metadata concerning the checkin or redemption event. Punchh does keep track of the channel by which the event came into our platform however e.g. online order, POS, Mobile etc.
Individual POS providers may have this data contained within their POS logs, depending upon the POS functionality. In order to inquire about obtaining that data, please reach out to the POS provider directly.
