If your CipherLab scanners are scanning QR codes without issue with the exception of Punchh QR codes on all Revel terminals and scanners and you are not receiving any error message, you may need to enable Auto Mirror Image Detection and Auto Inverted Image Detection. You will need to reach out to CipherLab if this does not resolve your issue.
